Super Bowl 2011

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

This photo of Cowboy Stadim was taken from the parking lot of a Walmart store across the street the day before the 2011 Superbowl.
The day of the Superbowl, Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, paid Walmart double their profits for a typical Sunday in order to use their parking lot. This way there was more front door parking available, No fans got thier cars towed for parking in the lot all day, and Walmart made twice the money that they would have. Everyone was a winner. (Except for maybe the people who wanted to shop at Walmart.) But any of the people who would try to fight Superbowl trafic just to go to Walmart were crazy anyway.

I keep wondering just how big a tailgate party you plan to have if you rent a truck to go to the Super Bowl:) Nice shot! Like!
