Actually I sew a bit. So, I took some old blue jeans and some velvet upholstery material along with velcro and made her a fine booty while she was healing. Meanwhile, the cut had been cleaned by the Veterinarian and she got a course of antibiotics. When I googled "Dog booties" I was shocked to see the number of listings.
