Hiya GG - This is a lovely spot... made all the better at this time of year with a relative lack of tourists - although I say this in the full knowledge that we fell into that bracket : (

I just love the coast... sigh!

cheers

Hi Steve, what a great time of year to go and visit Cornwall. I don't mind being a tourist, I have been to a lot of places in this world, but it has been mainly work not play. I manage hills and everything else because I want to be there. I have even used the ferry from Polruan. My last visit to Cornwall was Tintagel, that was hard work and I didn't have the freedom to use my camera, I was fully occupied keeping on the tracks:) Hope you have more shots from the Eden Project.

Hiya Mark - I am seriously impressed... Like a pair of gnomes, we parked at the top of Fowey and walked up and down them 'ills. None could be calibrated as anything other than a vertical ascent (or descent).

As for the Eden Project, yes there are a few... some already posted in the latest batch of uploads... More general shots were a washout because the weather was so poor. I may have others from our first visit....

I have others that I will upload in the next day or so...

There is one I uploaded years ago ...

Cheers

What a picturesque setting and wonderful lighting. I love the bare branches on the trees on the hillside. Like!

Hiya JF - This place has SERIOUS hills. I could imagine the winter months sees the population of this wee town soar to 1 million... mainly because visitors can't get back up the bally hills.. : (

My camera rucksack weighs in at around 20lbs and lumping that up and down the hill made all the tea-shops we found a welcome sight indeed : )

We were so lucky with the weather on this day (we were only down in the West Country for a long weekend) There was little wind and the sun was out... lovely.

This little town is a jewel... Thanks for the like!

Hiya Scott! Well, it always a great pleasure to see someone has had a good rummage through the gallery!

Fowey is a lovely spot BUT by the time you have been up and down the hills that surround it, be prepared to have thighs like a certain Californian governor!

Thanks for the like : )
