Good Morning Thomas, Thanks for visiting the sunrise and your wonderful comments. The weather is changing to winter in the high country here, so if it lasts I may get to go back out again on the weekends. Then I can post some new photographs.
Greetings Lucrecia, Thanks for visiting the Sunrise and your wonderful comments. This shot was taken very early in the sunrise while the sun was still just on the horizon and able to shine on the bottoms of these clouds. The early light was still a deep purple/blue. It lightened up quickly. This was a very short effect. The camera also had the colors "boosted" so there was some processing done when the picture was captured. Thanks again. Glad you liked it.
Greetings Gulperi, Karolina and Redi, Thanks so much for visiting the Longs Peak sunrise and all your wonderful comments. I am glad you enjoyed the photograph. Thanks again.
Greetings GRCVVV, Thanks for visiting the Longs Peak sunrise and commenting. It was amazing to be standing under those clouds and taking pictures. The conditions changed so quickly. What fun.
Greetings Scenic Places, Thanks for visiting the sunrise and commenting. This photo was actually just sitting in the archive and I didn't even think about posting it until I was browsing about. I'm glad so many are enjoying it.
