Please note that building noted as Sonoma Barracks is actually the servants quarters next to where General Vallejo's casa grande once stood. The Mexican cuartel (barrecks) is located one half block East of Vallejo's servants quarters. I am on the board of directors of the Sonoma State Historical Parks Association in Sonoma.
