There is also a building like this in Vancouver, I personally didn't upload a photo but this is a very good one.

Scenicplaces, does the building widen on the other street (like the Flatiron building) or is it this narrow along its entire length?

jhk, Yes the building does widen toward the back. I can tell that from the satellite image. I never had a chance to go inside. Thanks for the comment. S

This is the wedge-shaped H.H. Hay Building which was originally a drug store. There is also a replica of it in the "other" Portland - Portland, Oregon.

I took a similar image during a biz trip to Portland. I liked the archtectuire of this building but didn't have any particulars. Thank you for revealing its name. Like Greetings from California, Michael

There's now a Starbucks occupying the first floor and I believe an art gallery above... it's across the street from the new Westin Eastland.
