The "Rollei-camera" and the "Voigtlaender-flash" were builded in my hometome Braunschweig:-). Like and YS and warmest regards from Germany. Harry.
Amazing huh Harry? I loved that little Rollei although it got a lot of abuse on alpine mountains in Switzerland and France in my (and its) youth.
Best wishes my friend
Ah, thank you dear Des
The film loader..... was a Füllfix and I think it is filled with time expired Ilford B&W film. The last darkroom work I did was a reversal process on B&W neg film to make them slides. I'm just difficult that way.
I am glad you enjoyed this little slice of history. Jethro

WHAT did happen to my old trusty Instamatic Peter?
I am famous (at least with my wife) for not throwing owt away!
Hmmm I wonder where the Polaroid is too.......
Now see what you've done........ Jethro
Its a funny coincidence you used the phrase...'my old trusty instamatic' I also have a flickr account and my buddy icon/id for more than a year has been...My-Trusty-Instamatic. A touch of irony really. I have enjoyed looking at you stream immensely.
Aye, I am fascinated by coincidences Peter they are truly amazing.
Now, back to that Polaroid!
Whatever you do, DON'T start playing around on ebay or within no time you will end up with a room full! Hmmmm.... I wonder if there are any Rolleis on ebay at the moment (Get thee behind me, Satan!)
