Τα Συμμαχικά Νεκροταφεία του Ζέιτενλικ βρίσκονται στην οδό Λαγκαδά, στη Σταυρούπολη Θεσσαλονίκης και δημιουργήθηκαν τη δεκαετία του 1920 για την κήδευση 20.500 στρατιωτών της Αντάντ που πολέμησαν στο Μακεδονικό Μέτωπο στη διάρκεια του Α’ Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου. Για τη δημιουργία τους το ελληνικό κράτος αγόρασε την έκταση και παραχώρησε στα συμμαχικά κράτη την επικαρπία της.
Τα κοιμητήρια είναι χωρισμένα σε 5 τομείς (Γαλλικό, Σερβικό, Ιταλικό, Βρετανικό και Ρωσικό), ανάλογα με την εθνικότητα των πεσόντων, και περιλαμβάνει τα λείψανα 8.089 Γάλλων, 7.500 Σέρβων, 3.000 Ιταλών, 1.600 Βρετανών και 400 Ρώσων πεσόντων.
Zeitenlik is an Allied military cemetery in Thessaloniki, Greece. It contains the graves of the Serbian, Montenegrins, French, English, Italian and Russian soldiers who died in the battles on the Salonika front during World War I.
The complex is located on the place where the Main Hospital of the Serbian Army was located during the war.
