Hi Alfred! Well i ll have a bit of problem to explain what this building is. In the past they use to transport wood to the city of Idria by water. So they put up to 1000 m3 of wood into river bed under this Dam and in hevi rain when there were enough water they opened slide gates and water flooded the wood to the city where they used it for works in a mine of mercury.
