Excellent photo and good results for a scanned image from a slide. I'm investigating that process currently for about 30 years of family pictures. Greetings from New Jersey, USA.
A very successful scan, Quasebart, of a fine photo!
Have you considered putting the tag scan on them? I, for one, am interested in knowing this and in seeing how well it works for other Panoramians. I have just two posted now, but I hope to settle down to the project this winter of making my selections from my collection of slides from 1957 to 2003, when I got a digital camera. That beats the time range of your family pictures, Hank!
It sure does beat my time range, Marilyn. Now when I look at your collection with envy, I'll be able to say to myself: "Well she's been honing her skills longer, no wonder she's so good."
I am currently evaluating a company to do the scanning for me. They seem very good, and they do sample scans for free for my evaluation purposes.
I'm going to upload the last of my Utah pictures today or tomorrow. If you like, I'll post the four they did for me for your review too. Let me know. They'll scan prints too, but the challenge for me has been to find an affordable source for the slide work.
I think, its a good idea to tag scans, I try to do this.
I used a special Scanner from Reflecta (German product) which scans complete Magazin of 50 or - CS /LKM System - 100 slides(I don't know the correct word in english)
Ok, it takes 4 hours per set, but better than scan single slides...
greetings

Thank You very much, Greti. This is a scan from Diapositiv, i made it in 1989. I don't know, where it is, Evisa, Porto, Corte, Ajaccio??
If everybody has an idea...
