This was a lovely place to eat a lunchtime snack - a traditional Dutch Uitsmijter made with bread, ham and eggs, washed down with a glass of beer - whilst watching the cyclists crossing the bridge over the Keizersgracht as the sunlight of a clear February day lit the facades of the canal-side buildings. To add to the enjoyment, the restaurant had an interesting collection of original modern art-works.
