Yes it is that big, it used to be the biggest cruise ship in the world with 1778 passengers, and one of the mosy luxury. It was built in 1969 and renovate in 2004. The same company has two more cruise ships, Queen Mary 2 (2004, 2620 passengers) and Queen Victoria (2007, 2104 passengers). And the biggest is the Liberty of the Seas with 3600 passengers and it was launched on May 2007. You can even surfing inside...in a pool.
