CADA VEZ MENOS VEGETACIÓN . ESTA FOTO ES UNA DENUNCIA AUNQUE SE HAYA SUBIDO A GOOGLE CON OTRA INTENCIÓN . POBRE ENTORNO . DONDE CAZARAN PAROTETS LOS HIJOS DE LOS CONSTRUCTORES Y PROPIETARIOS .... A CORTO PLAZO . !! QUE DIGO CORTO !! . MAÑANA .
MI MAS SENTIDO PESAME .
This picture is taken from the viewing area at the top of Monty Pedreguer.Gata Residential is 13 Kilometres from Javea which is at the top of the picture on the coastline.A part of the motorway can be seen on the right(centre) and above the motorway is the small town of Gata de Gorgos
Absolutely the worst, ugliest development in the Javea area. Coronation Street on the Med. Fortunately I dont have to look at it every day from my balcony as some pine trees block the view! Hopefully the last of the speculative crap to be built in this area for some time.
people have gotta live some place.
"people have gotta live some place."
Indeed. But its not a problem of undersupply as in the UK. Trouble is too much housing (and much of it crap which nobody wants to live in) was built during the property market bubble of 2000-2007
'From all the houses built [in Spain] over the 2001-2007 period, "no less than 28%" are vacant as of late 2008' Wikipedia.
There are entire 'ghost estates' of appartment blocks on the outskirts of Madrid. Nobody wants to live in them because they are in the middle of nowhere with no shops or facilities and no public transport.
As prices come down, as they inevitably must, a lot of the slack will be taken up by young Spaniards moving out from their parents. At the moment they can't afford to, or don't want to move into crap at it's current price.
Esta foto me da el sentido que aqui se trata de un ""conejero"". Disculpen pero es asi.
I dont really understand what you mean, but I'm guessing that you mean a 'trick'. This is not a trick. Martin's photograph above represents the reality of the view from Monte Pedreguer of Gata Residencial as it was a few years ago during construction. I have taken a slightly more recent picture with a view to the left of this

Ha! balami... after a little more research I think you must mean 'conejeras' = rabbit hutches. Exactamente!
