Fair Park Esplanade female statue at main fountain
L1 and my vote for this well spotted sculpture - impressive angle indeed! Kind regards, Mirko
Great angle, well taken image, congrats.
Thanks. This shot was taken on an overcast day last winter that made the sheen on the statue work well. For more shots taken the same day that give a better sense of context, go to my site and click on the Fair Park tag. Fair Park in Dallas is the largest collection of Art Deco architecture in the US. It was originally built in 1936 for the Texas Centennial Exposition celebrating 100 years since Texas won her independence from Mexico. It is now used annually for the State Fair of Texas each October. Thanks again for you kind comments.
