That's a photo I would have liked to take, Jim. Nicely balanced and great light. I am liking what I am seeing from Pentax DSLRs. By the time I am rich enough they will be bringing out a full frame one, so that old duffers like me don't have to worry about crop factors for our old manual focus lenses.

Rymerz~~~Greetings Rymerz and my humble apologies for my late reply..I'm flattered by your generous appraisal..The YSL means a lot!

Miguel Bortfeldt~~~A warm welcome Miguel~~~Fortunately I have a vivid imagination and finding titles is a lot easier than taking good photos!! I'm delighted that you approve!

skida~~~Interesting comment there Keith..and I agree about a full frame sensor..they are bound to be costly..As for the current Pentax model, it suits my limited abilities..

As I get older and more inclined to revert back to the older system of manual adjustments, all this whiz bang technology is wasted on me..Video facility is a wasted feature..Just give me a camera with a decent manual system , full frame sensor, Live view would be nice on a 3inch fully articulated monitor and a decent 50mm prime lens..I reckon that would fit 90% of my requirements! You might be interested to learn that all the old Pentax lenses work extremely well with the current batch of mid level Pentax cameras..I have at least 8 old lenses whose performance is the equal of the kit items..I have not yet found any drawbacks using the old lenses..What I see in the view-finder is what I get in the end result..

Many thanks for your appreciation Keith :)

Cheers
