I'll have to deceive you Popa, this plant is the Victoria Amazonica and can only be found in its natural habitat, the Amazon River. You can read more about then phenomenal plant in :

Outside its natural habitat some exemplary, like this one, are raised in botanical gardens all over the world. It's a stunning plant, small animals use it as a causeway to cross the river without getting wet and some people claim the leafs can carry the weight of a little child without going down !
