Auch hier ist Baeri sehr gut getroffen, May. Er ist wirklich ein hübscher Kerl! Liebe Grüße, Anne

Danke, Anne! Das ist aber nicht der Bäri, gut, vielleicht heisst er auch so. Das ist ein langhaariger Berner Sennenhund. Der Bäri ist ziemlich kurzhaarig.

Gruss, May :-)

Is he yours May? He looks like a wonderful pet for those of us that live where there are colder winters.

No, he isn't Pam! The Bernese mountain dogs come from this region and it'd the most seen dogs here, especially on the farms. They are very friendly and good family dogs. May

Hi Swissmay. Is it a "San Bernardo"?

Wonderful dog.

Greetings, errece.

Thank you Errece, for seeing my collection! It isn't a San Bernardo, but a Bernese Mountain dog. In this picture with the synthetic fur animals you see on the left the Bernese Mountain Dogs (three colours) and on the right the San Bernardos (two colours)

Greetings, May

Greetings May, Does this pooch go hiking with you? He's a great looking dog. Looks friendly and intelligent and a little low key. Beautiful colors. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,

Rich

No, I don't know him. I just met him once, Rich, when I went taking some pictures near a farmhouse. He came running and jumped and pushed me nearly over and wanted to play. Then he sat down on my feet and leaned with his whole weight towards my legs. That's a speciality of the Bernese dogs. :-)) Thank you for your interest, Rich!

Cheers, May
