I like the picture, but the title is definitely misleading. This is actually the Sasso Lungo (or Langkofel) with little Piz Sella and Ciampinoi seen down and left before it. Mont de Seura should be more to the right and contrary to the spectacular Sasso Lungo it's almost unnoticeable as a separate peak at the bottom of the northern wall of it. Greetings! :)

Sasso Lungo is the Italian name and Langkofel is its German version which means "Long Stone". Due to many german speaking people many names in South Tirol are double (or even tripple Italian/German/Ladin). Here I've placed Your picture with description of the peaks overlayd on it. I hope You don't mind. If You do I'll remove it immediately.
