Yes, this is the natural ice cave below the Angel glacier. Those ripples must have something to do with the air dynamics flowing in and out of the cave. But welcome to futher research.

One word, wow! The ripples look to me as though they were formed from water flow. This subglacial river left lots of glacial till that has been both melted out from the glacier and transported by the meltwater. An esker in the making.
