With the temperatures rising here that might be welcome! Here comes the summer!!!!

Warm wishes from the Netherlands, Erik

What ever fears the coming of summer awakens, Erik, you can always stop for a drink and toss in the ice!

There'll always be plenty of ice here now that the south winds are blowing again. The third snowfalls have come to the peaks this winter yesterday.

Warm regards,

Very clean fresh water. It must be sweet. Nice shot. LIKE

Cheers, Jeff

Certainly very fresh and very cold, Jeff, but the glacier abrades a lot of rock flour from the base and walls of the valley, so a drink of this water would give you your daily intake of required solids! :)

Thanks for enjoying the photo and for your encouragement.

Very nice picture Ian, there are some very nice coloured rocks in the stream. But I'm glad that spring is here and I hope we get a good and warm summer. Greetings Berend

Ian Stehbens on April 9, 2011

Thanks Berend. The glaciers are huge conveyor belts delivering rocks from all the upstream geologies.

Keep warm until the summer warms your world again.

Great vision, Ian. Is it readily drinkable?

Ian Stehbens on April 9, 2011

Certainly is, Ah-Pong. Just snow compressed in the freezer for a some years with a little rock-flour added!! Pure mineral water, one could construe!

Warm regards,
