This is a real photo taken infront of INC. I used to work as a Wire-Line Telephone installer of TSI (Telephony Specialist Incorporated - Islacom Contractor) we back in 1998 and we always had dificulties in laying out the telephone cable due to its complexity of the overhead cables plus the never ending traffic at General Maxilom Ave that makes our work more difficult. But hey Cebu in general is really a good place to visit.

Hello CarCaranonInNZ, I was always wondering how the telephone and electrics people could distinguish the right cable. Now I hear it first-hand from you: it's a hard job indeed! But the system is working and transmitting telephone-calls and electricity to all parts of town.

I was joking of course, when I added the title to this picture. Cebu City, and the Philippines in general, are a very fine place to spend one's holiday, with lots of great beaches, great architecture and great food. Did I forget something? Yes: the great, friendly people.

Best regards, Claus
