♦Rosa♦~~I'm certain to see many more sun events Rosa ;>)

Scarulu16~~~Hello my friend, it's a pleasure to receive your mail..Just thinking about your trucking journeys across those enormous American plains, you must see some awesome sunsets/sunrises yourself! I'm happy you came to share this image with me!

longdistancer~~~~I like to add a little colour to my first page but it is not exclusively!

javad Ale ali----Much appreciated and thankful!

Faintlightofdawn~~~~The view in the reverse direction would have showed the largest caravan site in this neck of the woods Fain...Needless to say, the occupiers of the front rows do enjoy this view!

Ghiocela~~As for amazing beauty my friend, there is an old proverb which says that "a thing of beauty is a joy forever"! this is what I think of knowing you Simona!

Giorgio Sari~~~~Good to see you Giorgio ;>) Let us hope that we live to see many more sunrises ;>)

Brítìsh~~~~Thanks Si ;)..I arrived at this point well before the sun broke the horizon and this was my reward! Glad you approve!

Neil Grimwood~~~Thanks hugely Neil ;) It took me a while to set up the tripod and check my settings but as I patiently waited for goodness knows what, I suddenly became aware of just how cold the breeze was off that freezing North sea! I tend to loose my concentration fairly sharply at that point..Never the less, it was an event worth waiting for!

~ Denise Cottin ~~~~Glad you liked the result Denise, much appreciated!

cjlin~~~I'm flattered by your generous appraisal and thankful for the Like and Favourite!

Rafal Ociepka~~~Greetings Rafal :) I'm delighted you stopped by..It's a pleasure to welcome back an old friend! There is always so much to see and enjoy in London..enjoy!

Denise Gregory~~~~Greetings Denise ;)....Living so close to the ocean is a big advantage..Sunrises off the sea are generally the most spectacular! Thank you for your lovely comment!

top spotter-----Thanks Alan, for your appreciation of this colourful capture! Your Y* and Like means a lot to me! -----There is always a good chance of seeing similar events along the coast here and I shall return soon to experiment on longish exposures of on-shore wave action...It is my ambition to capture that early morning violet light on wet sand and rock faces...

kazem shokatabadi~~~You are most welcome Kazem ;>)..Thanks for your good comment!

Władysława Zawierta~~~~That's a big compliment on my work Władysława and one that is highly appreciated..I'm glad you enjoyed it!

To you all, I express my profound thanks for your friendly visits, your generous appraisals, your votes and for taking the time to leave your precious comments ;)

Kind regards

sugarbag1 on April 12, 2011

Good Morning Brian. Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww what a glorious sunrise. The colours are truely magnificent. When enlarged, I even saw a jet stream across the sky as well. This is really an excellent shot Jim and well deserves a Y*. Well Done mate :-) Kind Regards, From, David

Christos Theodorou~~~You are most kind, glad you liked it!

J-mckinna~~~I'm honoured Jim ;) that's a fine compliment on my work..much appreciated!

sugarbag1~~~~I'm certain you would like the cool refreshing breezes off the sea just here David..I could recommend a paddle in the sea to assist the healing of those torn and worn old joints too! Except perhaps the shock of dipping your toes into 5C water temperature might put too much strain on your heart! Many thanks for the Y* my good friend ;)

someGuyinmasset~~~~This is a more traditional English recipe Guy....I give you THE MICHELADA a beer cocktail ;)) Pour 2 tablespoons salt into a small, wide dish. Wet the rim of a chilled pint glass with the lime. Dip the rim into the salt, margarita-style. Fill the glass with ice and squeeze the lime over the ice. Fill the glass with beer and then add the Worchestershire, soy, and hot sauce. Give a pepper mill a single twist over the ice. Stir gently until the drink takes on a uniform color. Serve immediately, with the remaining beer on the side for adding to the glass as you empty it. By the time you've finished, the heat of the drink will have subsided and you'll be ready for another.

Samad Talebpour~~~Many thanks Samad...I appreciate your generous evaluation!

pivatana---Greetings Holger..Many thanks pal..I'm grateful for your affirmation!
