Looks very similar to the neighbourhood decorations we used to see here. The high school kids for years loved to grab one and go for a ride down the hill.

Yes I've done that...I mean...I've seen people do that...

But this is a parking lot, and this is what people do when they're too lazy to push the cart back to the cart return twenty feet away. Of course, sometimes they won't even put the wheels over the curb and it will roll away later and hit your car. That's why it's important to always park at the highest point in any parking lot where there are shopping carts.

This is the maximum zoom on my new lens, from pretty far away. It gives a flatter picture, much less affected by perspective.
