The upper reach of the South Berland River in the Wilmore Wilderness Park.
That is an remarkable fault-cut Conatello...are you a helicopter pilot?
It has some striking lines. I wasn't aware of the geological term for it. Not a pilot, but as a wildlife biologist I fly a lot.
That is a big and fairly recent fault plane...geologically recent that is!
Biology...what animal do you study?
I work for the province, so get to do a little bit of everything, but mostly it's work with the big furries.
Nice shot! I have browsed your other shots as well. It is good to see another powder skier on Panoramio!
very nice shot, like, Hervé
