Sorry Martelli but I think JC is closer to the truth. How can you say it was 'English' who broke the window? It is clearly a construction site. Go to just about any construction site and you will find the windows smashed. This is usually just vandalism as a result of boredom and not a political expression. I think you are trying to read too much into this.
Hi, Looks like a dramatic photo but i live around this area and i believe these were newly constructed buildings without any residents at that time. Also, people living on the shankill road are NOT english!
