Weren't you the one who was so critical of Richard Ryer's "Moon Art?" This is very nice in my opinion because it's better than I could do. He obviously started with a daytime photo, so of course there wouldn't be any lights on.
I think we've established this isnt a real photo but there is no need to call the person a FAKE, CHEAT, LOSER etc. Its a nice photo, very artistic and ok, it may show typical 'Photoshop lens flare etc etc' but who cares? Its a good photo, accept it and stop being so picky!!
La foto luce mucho mejor de lejos que de cerca. Las "estrellas" le restan mucho, al igual que los dos reflejos del sol en la parte inferior. De todos modos la encuentro muy interesante.

The illumination is all wrong - if one looks at the buildings you can see they are being lit from the front, whereas the "sun" is behind. Personally I find it a grotesque use of photoshop..

After I reed all this comments I don't need any explanations, everything is clear, it is Photoshop, it's not done at a perfection, some people like it, some not. I must tell that even without eclipse would be impressive and most likely nicer.

The shot could be real though, as the last eclipse was in 1999. But, then, the sun turned slightly weak like evening as it drew in line with
the moon. Only after passing each other then it brightened up again. As I remember it, the eclipse took place about midday here in London with the sun almost directly overhead. The above shot suggests either nine in the morning or three in the afternoon. I looked at the last eclipse using a welding helmet, and I 'm certain the sun behind the moon that day wasn't as bright as the above picture suggests.
