You had a bad wheather when you came here..

For your information, we rather say "Pointe du Raz" , and "Baie des Trépassés".

The bay name "des trépassés" is due to a popular legend saying that shipwrecks victimes were deposed here by the sea.. An other legend says that we can hear the victims souls moanings during christmas night in the sea roar..

I already experimented winds greater than 100km/h on that beach during winter tempests.
