Thanks Tery. These amazing gardens are only about 20 miles from where we live now. This photo was taken when we touring Ireland deciding where we would like to live, and we kept being drawn back to this area, not knowing quite why! Best wishes - Jim
Hi Jim. We're visiting Kinsale, as usual, during the Summer and I thought I might take a day trip here. May be too far? I'd love to visit it though. Here and Dursey, though it may be a better idea if we were based closer. Maybe another time? Thanks for showing it to me, Alan.
These gardens would be a possible good day out based at Kinsale Alan. But to visit Dursey Island and do the whole Beara Peninsula justice, you would be better based at Glengariff, and stay a few days! Best wishes - Jim
Thanks Jim. Of course, I'd just do Garnish Island from Kinsale but would love to see the rest of the Beara Peninsula some time. I think you made the right choice in setting up home there! Alan.
You're welcome Alan, and when you do get to visit Beara, you're also welcome to drop in for a cup of tea! Best wishes - Jim
