Hi for those interested in the brickwork on this building it is known as Bristol Byzantium and can be found used in a number of Bristol Buildings. The picture is of the retained facade of a former City Docks building now converted to dwellings named Byzantium Court. The site was where the former Trin Mills was located which I believe was operated by a Friary around the middle ages. Finally this is the eastern edge of Bristols Spike Island which is completely surrounded by waterway and channels and thus only reached by a network of bridges some of which are swng bridges dating back many years.
