It is a beautiful building, church, the more the pity it is not standing in a better looking place. I mean it should be surrounded by a small park with big old trees, shrubs and flower beds plus a few "contemporary sculptures"! To me this church looks nearly a little sad. Well you got a picture who tells a whole story from now and then.

Dear Trin I'm happy that this picture invoked so much contemplation at you end :) I know what you mean :) I think however this church was built to impress as it stands in front of one of the biggest central squares of any one European city. At one end of the square you have this impressive church and on the opposite side you have nice houses. Thank you so much for your lovely comment, Peter
