Hi MA; A very interesting photo. Looks like a graveyard of old tires. cheers Derek
Thanks for visiting, Michael, and for enjoying this! I think a lot of tracks probably do this, but i just liked the idea, and thought, Why not take a shot to remember it by? I'm so glad you like it, and thanks again for your visit. I hope this evening finds you well.
Derek, Indeed, it is somewhat like a graveyard of old tires! They have been propped up on this old guardrail for years and years They just caught my attention, and thank you so much for enjoying the shot. Best wishes to you for an outstanding week ahead,

Fantastic photo! F-2 You have a lot of cool pictures in the gallery - I added you to favorite photographers. Greetings from Poland, Marek
Hi there MA, an interesting use for old tyres here. In Norway they use them as protection for harbour walls - both ways are good methods for recycling.
Greetings to Georgia, Amelia
Marek, thank you so much for enjoying this shot and for complimenting my gallery. I am greatly pleased by your kind words. Sending best wishes from the USA to Poland this evening.
Amelia, I agree with you so much! Both of these ideas are great forms of recycling, and so good for the earth. I'm glad you enjoyed this, and thank you so much for stopping by my gallery. I hope this evening find you well. All the best from Georgia,
I like and appreciate your general historic point of view, your composition point of view, and that the first tire in the row in this pic is a Mickey Thompson. I'm sure it was originally placed here purposefully, I hope you took the picture purposefully also.
