Hello Roberto :-) This was taken early in the morning... the sunlight through the trees was one of the reasons I took the photo..

I am glad you liked this and I am grateful for your visit :-)

Cheers

Beautiful picture Steve, I like the dappled sunlight. You early birds really do get the picture! Cheers, Rosa.

Hello Rosa :-) I have been stoping off at the various Churches that are "on the way' (ish) to where I work. This lovely place is a gem. The path to the Church weaves its way through these ancient trees and some are planted right next to the graves.

As I mentioned in a related post, I reckon the trees were planted at the same time as the occupants of the nearby graves...

I like that....

So chuffed you liked this!

Cheers

I am trying to think of a great artist who paints in the same style you use for these photo's Steve I think it may be Constable, not sure of this will have to look it up. As Maz said, beautiful resting place. LIKE & YS AGAIN! Cheers, LOZ

Hi there Marion Sorry to have taken so long in replying to your post... It has been manic here... So, I have said "stuff this work lark" for at least 10 bally minutes so I can get on with more important stuff :-)

This spot was a revelation (whoops - that is a biblical word I should be careful in using... Loz reckons I might be in danger of joining he priesthood...) when I happened upon it. I could see the Church tower above the trees but was not expecting this as a view... I have not seen anything quite like it and as you so rightly said, what a lovely resting spot.. Thanks for your appreciation of it :-)

Cheers

Steve

Hiya Loz Thanks for what you had to say about the style of these photo's... it really makes the whole thing so much more worthwhile when efforts are appreciated. Thanks too for the YS and L...

Cheers

Bonjour Annie :-) Il s'agit d'un cimetière lovely. La lumière à travers les arbres est la raison pour laquelle je l'aime !

Toujours un plaisir, Annie:-)

Those people were smartuns to find such a relaxing spot to take their rests! It's like a view into a dream SuperSteve! I could see myself walking along and deciding to have a little nap here under the trees in the dappled shade.. hopefully it wouldn't be a long one ;D

Stars and smiles, GG:)

Hiya GG... Don't worry about over sleeping... I come by this way once in a while. I'll give you a nudge before the worms start havin' a go at you :-)

Cheers
