Hi GG, Is actualy the nose turrent on the B-24.

Ha!, right plane... wrong end..! I bet these planes bring back memories for your mum. My mum had to parachute out of some rubbish Russian Illusion bomber back in the 50's... They were tough back then!

Yes they do. This one came from the plant where she worked. when we took the picture it was the only one in the world in flying condition. Just this last year another group in Dallas Texas got another one up and running, so now there are two.
