The small village of Saint Saturnin de Lucian is in the foothills of the Massif Central, where the plateau of the Larzac drops down to the Mediterranean. Situated within a short distance of Saint Guilhem-le-Désert, the Grottes de Clamouse and the Lake Salagou as well as the market towns of Pézenas, Lodève, Clermont l’Hérault and Gignac, it is encircled by vineyards, olive groves and the many paths created and trod throughout the ages by countless pilgrims on their way to Saint Jacques de Compostela.

The hotel, at the heart of the village, opens onto a square shaded by plane trees. All of the seven rooms, which vary in size, have bathrooms, spacious beds and fine linen. The hotel has been simply but tastefully furnished and decorated by skilled local craftsmen.
