...they say Size does not matter.. (Koh Samui) . In current TTT photo competition Nov 2013. The theme is....not what you think!

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

Koh Samui can be a wild place in some areas and this phallic monument is definitely not out of place there.

I had to ask a friend to stop, when we drove by. It is really huge, about 4 meters tall. I am not sure, why it was Erected there. It is not a tourist attraction yet, as I surfed internet to find any info on it. It is on a small road in front of some residential properties. There is a similar explicit tourist attraction on this island called grandfather-rock.

You see one and you have seen them all. 26000 views (Nov 2013), may make it a tourist attraction soon..;-)

Entered in TTT photo competition Nov 2013. No, the theme is not the biggest. The theme is Red - blue - yellow!!

Indian influence, you say..

I could not find anything about this Cult on internet. But Samui can be wild in certain areas, so such a statue in not entirely out of place.

Greetings to all, Tomas

There is a small statue in CZECH Republic of a boy in Frantiskovy lazne, which suppose to have magic powers as far as fertility goes. I wonder if this one serves the same purpose!

Besides the object itself and its meaning the composition embedded in the strong green of the landscape and colourful decorated is very aesthetical! Like and favorite! Greetings from Duisburg / Germany! Andreas

Hello Zanot, Andreas and Tosa,

thanks for visiting, commenting and like.

Special thanks to Andreas for Favorite selection. Tosa, It is more unusual object then unusual location, but still better to put it there then in scenery.
