you are right, next time I get the camera out of it's case, I will put it off.
When the date stamp would have shown: 6.09.1944, there would have been a different photo. On that day Emden was bombarded by 8oo planes. This church and a few other buildings are all that is left (and still could be restored after the war) of the once beautiful town.
