Another excellent picture with the flat surface of the lake and the reflections Ian. Greetings Berend
The colour of the water and the serenity were quite mesmerising. But the colours of the landscape around here are very attractive. This was once a goldmining area, now it is a main access route to the tourism centre of Queenstown.
Beautiful natural mirror! Like
Thank you Luca. There are so many lakes in NZ, that I kept hoping that whenever I was near one the air would be perfectly still so that I could use the lake to mirror the majesty of the surrounding mountains.
Wonderful photo !!
I appreciate your response to this image, b.onosimoski. You can see how much we enjoyed the landscapes of New Zealand.
The poplar seems to be a natural lighthouse indicating the narrowness of the channel after the bridge!!! Delicate reflexes Ian, congratulations!!!
Best regards, Toto
Aren't reflections special, Toto? This one seems to be like a glass mirror. I like your imagery. The exotic poplars certainly have added colour to the NZ autumn landscapes, standing regal and tall, like a slow lighthouse changing colour from green to yellow and back again.
