This photo represents a challenge because downtown is trying to bring more buisness downtown. If more buisnesses would come, like grocery stores and department stores, more people would make in and I think more people, more buisness. Why is it so hard to make buisnesses move downtown?

Birmingham, as we heard in the video, is a dying city. What does a dying city have to offer a new business? Just think about it-if you were a new business owner would you want to invest all of your money in a new, expensive building that is not in a booming part of town, and doesn’t offer you all of the opportunities that might be offered to you in an already established part of town? People are just trying set themselves up for success instead of failure.

There is a chance that is a bunch of businesses came to downtown Birmingham at the same time they would be successful!
