This building is one of the many unoccupied building in downtown Birmingham. This is one of the main challenges of the city. If more companies came downtown and filled these empty spaces Birmingham would be booming again. Of course if just a few businesses come they risk not doing well because of the lack of people coming to downtown. Then again the reason people aren’t coming downtown is because there aren’t enough businesses. How should Birmingham fix this problem?
