That is a nice sign.

Yep. I made it back to Tucumcari to try and catch some of the neon. Precious little of it still burning, sadly. But, we did manage to catch this!

I drove around before sunset looking for some possibilities, and was pleased to find this one, Margot. It was pretty neat looking. Thanks for the visits.

Sadly, it does look like it's headed in that direction, Larry. Most of the town is looking like that, too. Thanks for your visits, Sir.

It all looks so peaceful and quiet and that is not good on prime time Saturday night. Great classic low key shot!

I don't know how they stay open, JF. I think there were five cars on the street when I took this. As I drove around town, I saw quite a few people out in the residential sections, but downtown was empty. Thanks for the friendly review. : )

Hi, Ann. I'm glad you like them. I get a kick out of finding them and trying to get a decent angle on them. It's fun when they bring a bit of nostalgia to others, too. Thanks for the visit and comment. You've got some excellent work in your gallery, too, I must say.
