Dear Mike, I have read your email, :-(, and will reply later tomorrow. We have just got back from a wee trip to Bruges, and are off in an hour to Cardiff to see Adrian's folks.

There are wee Betty paths everywhere, and I'm sure you'll see it all eventually :)))

What a fantastic view Amelia, I like the tree and the river, and I would like to go there to the walk. Hugs!

Dear Maggie, I am so happy that you like this my friend, thank you. This was taken just before we returned to the UK for Easter, and I saw the first swallows arriving in Norway :)))

Warm wishes, Amelia

Very nice Amelia. Who says you have to follow the rule of thirds? Nice to meet a fellow "rule breaker". Love your composition with the diagonal channel, and the central tree works for me. Like

Best wishes, Randy

Good evening Elisabeth, many thanks for your most kind compliment. I have to say that this is not very typical of Norway - there is a Mediterranean feel about the area :)

Many thanks Randy. In Norwegian terms this is a long river which finally reaches the sea quite a few miles from it source. It isn't very wide at all, and crossing it is by way way of a rather rickety bridge. I may post a photo of the crossing point :))

I never have been one for obeying the rules. If I stopped to think too much about each photo before I pressed the shutter button, I would miss too many opportunities ;)

Warm wishes from the UK, Amelia

Thank you dear John. This is not a typical view of Rogaland I don't think :)

Many thanks Mats. As far as I have been able to explore the county of Rogaland, there doesn't seem to be many rivers running to the sea. For some reason this reminded me a bit of the Mediterranean :))
