Thanks for the kind words Steve - the text has been added to the photograph as a layer using Adobe Photoshop. I'm know that there are other, less expensive pieces of software that will allow you to do it too. You could do it with the Microsoft Paintbrush program that comes built in to Windows. Its not hard to do, but it does require opening and manipulating the image in another piece of desktop software.
