Greetings Anne, How beautiful and ornate. I like the way the shadows play across the carvings. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,

Rich

Thank you very much, Rich, for visiting and commenting. We went to Strasbourg last Sunday and also did some "climbing" up to the platform of the Cathedral. Don't know how many steps, but it must have been far more than 100, and our 82 year old auntie from Florida was with us, but she reached the top like us. I'll post some photos later, now I have to go to work. Cheers, Anne

Precious this Gothic front, Anne; the fronton is a delight and the mullion a marvel, without forgetting the polychrome figures of the archivolts. I observe that lately you move for beautiful places, already you will not complain from that you do not travel. It is useful before they leave the grandsons you, mine when he comes makes us ruined though only they are a few hours; he makes us twice happy, one when he comes and other one, bigger, when he goes away.

Un fuerte abrazo, Arturo.

Muchas gracias, Arturo!
