Before I found this place I asked some local fishermen where I could find some rocks -- and they directed me to Agate Beach and suggested I go at low tide for the best rocks. After I left them it dawned on me they thought I wanted rocks I could put in my pocket! It was these rocky cliffs and crashing waves I wanted. I meant to visit here briefly and move on up the coast -- instead I stayed here 3 days. None of my photos do justice to the elemental energy of this place. (Guess I'll just have to go back.)
