Yes, some Christians believe that Jesus met the Good Samaritan around here, while others interpret the story as an alegory. However, these ruins have no direct connection to the story. They are of an inn from the Ottoman (Turkish) era, which was nicknamed "Good Samaritan inn" by Christian pilgrims.
