OH, it DID work! The bats found that FRUIT, was MUCH easier to catch than mosquitos, and proceeded to the closest orange orchards! Must have used the WRONG breed of bat! I LIVED on Sugarloaf from 46-65, and NEVER saw a bat. Bad eyes?
