As far as the copyright info, I simply use the photo editor that came with my camera to add text. You can also do this with Microsoft's Paint program (if you have Windows). Most basic imagaging software should include a text layer tool.

One exposure, for 15 seconds, Sylvain. I don't really have any photo-editing software. I do adjust contrast, saturation, brightness, and may crop the photo, but only to bring it to what I remember it looking like, if that makes any sense.
