I have seen this specific cliff and recognize its location exactly. This photo could only have been taken from the Cape Point restaurant parking area looking in a SSW direction. This beach, rock outcrops and cliffs can be clearly seen in Google Earth at the following reference 34deg 22min 59s South and 18deg 28min 45s E. Zoom in to approx 500m eye altitude.
