Hi Ian

Thanks for sharing these great pictures of the Antipodes. It looks a beautiful place to walk!

All the best from England, Peter

Greetings Viktor. Thanks for the compliment and for your appreciation of New Zealand's beauty.

New Zealand has many many wonderful walks, Peter, and many back country huts, and great adventure walks. One of the new enjoyments are the bicycle rides, which have been constructed along old railway right of way routes.

You would love it all very much. It is quite different from the English scene though.

Have you thought of coming south to experience it for yourself?

A mirror image through the trees of autumn in New Zealand. A most beautiful landscape dear Ian. The shimmering lake indicates the presence of only the merest of zephyrs in this lovely landscape. I like this very much :)

Warm wishes from Norway in mid-summer, with grey skies, strong winds and lots of showers. The good weather was in April ;)

Warm wishes, Amelia

Thanks again, Berend. It really is a beautiful part of the world thihs area, and it doesn't matter whether one is here in the plateau country or further up the valley where the high peaks surround the steeply walled valley. It all magic!

Warm greetings Amelia. I hope for you another couple of weeks of sunny weather to take you into summer. Our time in NZ was just marvellous because of the quality of the landscapes - wherever we went. I am truly delighted to share it with you.
