The are no signs pointing towards the "Nascente do Rio Este". Not even from the national road towards P Lanhoso. Instead follow the signs to the roman trail. Then take some educated guesses in the roads ;-)
Seems to be a nice spot for a picnic. They even have grills. Just bring wood/charcoal and something to grill.
When I was here some hunters where walking around the woods so I didn´t venture any further around.
You can get here via S Mamede Este but only on foot on the Roman Trail.
